We warmly invite you to discuss exciting research and exchange our views on the opportunities and specific needs for the career development of ‘medical scientists’ – i.e. natural scientists who conduct research in a medical context. Representatives from scientific societies, funding institutions and the German Science and Humanities Council will be among the guests, too.

Medical Scientist Network Symposium in Münster, 22–24 March 2026

The symposium is a joint event of the Medical Scientist Schools at the Universities of Duisburg-Essen, Göttingen, Hamburg, Mainz and Münster. These programmes support talented postdocs in medical fields. The Medical Scientist Schools and the symposium are funded by the Else Kröner-Fresenius Foundation.
