Pathology-oriented multiplexing (PathoPlex) presents a scalable, quality-controlled and interpretable framework. PathoPlex paves the way towards democratizing multiplexed imaging and establishing integrative image analysis tools in complex tissues to support the development of next-generation pathology atlases.
