At this year's annual meeting of the German Society of Nephrology Nariaki Asada was awarded the Hans-U.-Zollinger Forschungspreis for his scientific achievements in the field of immunology of kidney diseases and kidney transplantation. Felicitas E. Hengel was awarded the Carl-Ludwig-Preis for her scientific work in the field of kidney and high blood pressure diseases. Christian F. Krebs was awarded the honorary scientific prize for promoting and honoring outstanding scientists in the field of kidney research. Congratulations!
