In this pilot study, the Laboratory for Antigen-specific Disease Targeting describe the generation of CAAR natural killer (NK)-92 cells and primary human CAAR T cells expressing the immunodominant regions of the MN antigens PLA2R1 and THSD7A. We show that these cells specifically and efficiently eliminate anti–PLA2R1- and anti–THSD7A-secreting cells in vitro, demonstrating the principal feasibility of this strategy.
